METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE LUNG DISEASE IN COMBINATION WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME

摘要

A method for evaluation of effectiveness of treatment of patients with chronic obstructive lung disease combined with metabolic syndrome includes blood investigation. Before and after treatment serum level of pro-inflammatory cytokines - factor of tumor necrosis -α (FNP-α), interleukin-1&bgr; (IL-1&bgr;) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in blood is determined, and at decrease of content of those after treatment to values not differing from the norm treatment is evaluated as effective.
