A method of preserving organoleptic properties and flavor of beverage during spillage includes connecting filled with beverage containers for temporary storage to a bottling system and to a pressure maintaining system, creating temperature regime of beverage temporary storage in the range 2-25 °C; creating uniform pressure in the system of maintaining pressure which in working condition consists of a container for beverage temporary storage, a food pipeline, a food gas pipeline, a source of discharging homogeneous gas or gas mixture for pumping beverage from the containers for temporary storage. As homogeneous gas for pumping beverage from the container for temporary storage nitrogen (N2) is used, and as the gas mixture a composition is used:Nitrogen (N) - not less than 51 %;carbon dioxide (CO) - the rest. |
