PURPOSE: A novel transonic stimulated perfusion flow culture chamber system for culturing adult stem cells in vitro to be similar to in vivo is provided to use a three-dimensional culture without applied stress and to optimize cell proliferation and differentiation. CONSTITUTION: A perfusion flow culture system comprises: a fresh medium container(8) for feeding fresh media; a control-based vessel(6), which includes a stirrer and a pH, DO measuring unit and controls the fresh media before circulating the media; a culture chamber(3) which provides a space for culturing cells and directly cultures the cells; a sensor(4) for measuring a cell environment; a 4-gas mixture control unit(1)(2) for CO_2, O_2, and N_2 which maintains the pH and DO of the media and optimizes a cell culture environment; and a waste vessel(9) which selectively discharges used media.
