PURPOSE: A heater of a device to vulcanize tires is provided to improve the tire by maintaining uniform temperature inside a bladder when the tire is vulcanized, to shorten vulcanizing time, and to improve productivity by entirely equalizing the temperature inside the bladder. CONSTITUTION: A heater of a device to vulcanize tires comprises a mold container (1), a mold (2), and a bladder (22). The mold container includes a container steam supply pipe (14) and a discharging pipe (15) to heat the mold container. A discharging pipe (32) includes a first separator in an exit. The first separator has an ejector (52) and a discharging line (51) in the exit. An exit of a level indicating controller (62) is connected to a third separator with a container discharging pipe in parallel. An ejector (72) is connected to press separated steam and to circulate the same to the container steam supply pipe in an exit of the third separator. |
