PURPOSE: A lower anchor of a seat belt for a vehicle and a seat belt device using the same are provided to prevent the webbing from discharging when the weight of a lower part of the seat belt increases in collision, to save a material cost, and to reduce the weight through a lower anchor structure of a pre-tensioner integrated retractor. CONSTITUTION: A lower anchor of a seat belt for a vehicle comprises an anchor ring, a support(130), and a locking bar(140). The anchor ring includes a penetration hole in which the webbing passes. One end(142) of the locking bar is hinge-connected to the penetration hole of the upper end(120) of the anchor ring. The other end(144) is adhered to the upper end of the anchor ring by limiting the rotation through interrupting one end in the support. When the webbing is drawn by the power which is greater than the specific size, the one end is destroyed by friction of the webbing and a friction unit and the other end is prevented from discharging by pressing the webbing. |
