PURPOSE: Submerged entry nozzle assembly apparatus for a tundish is provided to easily assemble a submerged entry nozzle carried to the tap hole of a tundish and to reduce work time and work force. CONSTITUTION: Submerged entry nozzle assembly apparatus for a tundish includes a shaft part (101) and an assembly part (102). The shaft part is inserted into and combined with a submerged entry nozzle and inserted into the tap hole of the tundish along with the submerged entry nozzle. The assembly part is placed below the tundish and connected with the shaft part through the discharge outlet of the submerged entry nozzle inserted into the tap hole, and moves the shaft part downward and inserts and fixes the upper packing of the submerged entry nozzle, inserted into the tap hole, into the tap hole. The shaft part is equipped with a pressure-applying plate (111), a pressure-applying protrusion (113), and a connection bar (115). The assembly part is equipped with a fixed plate, a supporting bar, a moving plate, and a connection spring link. |
