PURPOSE: A transfer mill guiding apparatus of a tire rolling process is provided to improve the efficiency of a calendar task of a main body by automatically and constantly control and supply the amount of rubber bank supplied to the transfer mill. CONSTITUTION: A transfer mill guiding apparatus of a tire rolling process controls the bank amount of supplied rubber strip when the rubber strip(100) supplied to the mixing domain (A) of the transfer mill(1) in the extruder(101) is again supplied to mixing domain (B) of the transfer mill through driving roll(2). A mixing strip guide unit(4) is installed by controlling the height with oil pressure unit(3) between the transfer mill and a driving roll. Fixing guides(5) are installed to the guide rubber strip which supplies from the mixing region of transfer mill at the lower portion of the mixing strip guiding unit. A transferring guide(10) which moves both to the left and right by riding a linear guide(9) by a pinion(8) interlocked with rack(7) operated to the motor(6) on top of the mixing strip guide portion is installed. |
