A method for manufacturing a glass substrate, a device for manufacturing a glass substrate, and a mixing apparatus, according to the present invention, can inhibit deformation and damage of a mixer used in mixing of molten glass, and thereby homogeneously mixing the molten glass. Molten glass G is induced by a stirring device (102) placed the inside of a mixing tank (101) by inducing the inside of the mixing tank (101) from the upper direction to the downward direction, or from the downward direction to the upper direction. The mixing device (102) has a rotary shaft (105) arranged along with the vertical direction and multiple mixing wings (106a~106e) which are fixed to the outer periphery of the rotary shaft (105) by fitting in the rotary shaft (105) and are arranged according to the rotary shaft(105) from top to the lowermost portion with multi-staged. The mixer(102) has parts and nearby areas wherein at least mixing wings (106a~106e) are fitted in the rotary shaft (105) is made from strengthened platinum. |
