The absence of toxic plaques, and the presence of tonguey structures or three-rayed cracks less than 1/10 of the facie area enables choosing the conservative therapy. The presence of toxic plaques, tonguey structures or three-rayed cracks, or a combination thereof taking more than 1/10 of the facie area provides choosing the surgical management.EFFECT: choosing the therapeutic approach more accurately, reducing the analysis invasiveness, reducing the number of the diagnostic procedures.3 ex |
