FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method to manufacture a superstructure system includes the following stages: concreting of a solid foundation slab (1) in the track base, installation and alignment of concrete support elements (2) under rails, laying of rails (4) and their fixation to each other. As the foundation slab (1) is concreted, its surface height elevation (5) is arranged with a minus allowance. Simultaneously with installation and alignment of concrete support (2) elements, metal plates (6) are laid under rails (4) on the surface (5) of the foundation board (1), and the thickness of each of them is determined on the basis of levelling results. After fixation of rails (4) to each other they concrete the entire superstructure from the foundation slab (1) to the level of rolling surfaces (7) of rail heads (4).EFFECT: increased efficiency of labour and reliability of operation of the entire structure as a whole.1 dwg
