FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, vertebrology, orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, occupational pathology and radiology. Method of estimation of state of intervertebral discs on the basis of analysis of digital MRT-images is carried out on diagnostic algorithm, which represents totality of estimation criteria: average level of brightness and standard deviation of brightness from the average level, data about disc height and width, angle of disc inclination relative to the vertical, examination of geometrical shape of disc, possibility of analysing isolated disc, group of discs, related to particular part of spine.EFFECT: method ensures increased quality of diagnostics and ensuring dynamic control both in an individual patient and in group of patients due to specifying totality of clearly defined, justified, direct parameters of intervertebral disc state, which are suitable for accurate automatic diagnostics. |
