FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plasma-chemical treatment of electrochemical catalyst carbon carrier. Proposed method consists in treatment made in vacuum chamber. Said chamber is equipped with cold plasma exciter, carbon powder holder that doubles as powder mixer and oxygen-ammonium feed device. It allows feeding said gas mix inside vacuum chamber. In said chamber cold plasma is excited, carbon carrier powder is mixed to treat carbon carrier surface by cold plasma at low pressure. Note here that carbon carrier powder is arranged at porous substrate, said holder, with open porosity and made of inert material air communicated with aforesaid gas mix feeder. Layers of carbon carrier particles are placed at said substrate to blow then with said gas mix through said porous substrate to form carbon carrier particles under pseudoboiling bed.EFFECT: higher efficiency of activation of fine and nano-sized electrochemical catalyst carbon carriers, simplified process. |
