FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of fish preserves production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, bulb onions milling, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, cloves, coriander and laurel leaf, the mixture cooking and addition of acetic acid to produce a sauce; herring cutting and blanching, the herring and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
