摘要

FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: suggested controlled AC/DC converter includes a controller that shapes width-modulated pulses and provides four parallel control channels shifted per 90° towards each other with feedback from outputs of control channels and microcontroller. Each channel consists of driver, cascade based on CMOS transistors connected as per half bridge circuit with feedback with the above controller, output low-frequency filter.EFFECT: achieving low level of noise and disturbance of output voltage and compact size of the device.
