FIELD: metallurgy.SUBSTANCE: in a mechanised complex a pouring area of ferroalloy to casting forms is equipped with an aspiration hood, in which a tipping device adapted for adjustable inclination of the ladle with molten ferroalloy and a chute adapted to the tipping device, which is meant for pouring of molten ferroalloy to the casting forms, are installed. With that, casting forms are trough-shaped and installed on trolleys with possibility of being moved under the chute for pouring of molten ferroalloy to casting forms. Aspiration hood is equipped with an aspiration actuating umbrella installed above the chute for pouring of molten ferroalloy to the casting forms, and an aspiration stationary umbrella installed above the pouring place of ferroalloy to the casting forms. In roof of the aspiration cover there is a hatch to ensure installation of the ladle with molten ferroalloy into the tipping device, and area of extraction of ferroalloy ingots from casting forms is equipped with a pedestal for a casting form with ferroalloy ingot and a receiving table for ferroalloy ingot.EFFECT: simpler mechanised complex of ferroalloy production and enhanced collection efficiency of formed dust-gas mixtures due to their localisation.3 cl, 2 dwg |
