FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to expansion of narrow pipes, in particular to reconditioning of well casing in deep wells of oil fields. Deformed pipe diameter is recovered by fitting narrow pipe spreader head inside the pipe. Note here that said spreader has tubular case with conical head and mandrel fitted there inside and multiple steel balls. Note also that said case has multiple tidal locating holes to accommodate a steel ball. Note that steel balls can displace inside said hole in direction parallel with case axis top extend therefrom. Expander is displaced in pipe direction by external force. Note here that if pipe hinders ball displacement the balls displace in direction opposite the expander displacement to expand the deformed pipe diameter.EFFECT: higher strength, expanded performances.7 cl, 1 dwg |
