FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to paediatrics and may be used for preparing a composition for oral administration into an infant born by Cesarean section. This purpose is achieved by using at least one microorganism, and at least one nondigestible oligosaccharide. The composition contains at least one species Bifidobacteria specified in a group consisting of Bifidobacterium breve, Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium catenulatum, Bifidobacterium adolescentis and Bifidobacterium longum and galactooligosaccharides as an oligosaccharide.
