FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for application in operation room, equipped with operation table. Retractor includes lifting frame. Frame is fixed to operation table to lift part of patient's body. Frame includes vertical support post, which contains jack and lifting beam. Beam is fixed on post with possibility of rotation and can be turned around vertical support post on thrust bearing in such a way that in one position beam hangs over operation table, and in the other position beam is turned aside, opening access to operation table. Beam provides support of retractor, which includes blade part, including several independent lighting devices.EFFECT: lighting devices are located in light ports and provide separate illumination of selected zones in surgical field in accordance with preliminarily set programme sequence or with sequence, determined by retractor user.18 cl, 9 dwg |
