FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: packer of sleepers of a link-assembling line comprises a portal frame, which holds a device for movement and feed of the installed layer of sleepers, a satellite trolley, a lifting table for lifting-lowering of the formed package of sleepers. The packer is equipped with an additional portal frame holding the satellite trolley with sleeper stops mounted on it for assembly and passage of a row of sleepers, a balancer of a row of sleepers to install sleepers along the longitudinal axis of the satellite trolley, a hopper magazine for wood gaskets. The balancer of the row of sleepers is made in the form of sleepers mounted on the portal frame at both end sides of the row, which are put into rocking movement and equipped with a stop to interact with the lower part of end surfaces of the lever sleepers, movement of which towards the longitudinal axis of the frame is limited with stops mounted symmetrically to the longitudinal axis with a distance between each other equal to the length of the sleeper. The hopper-magazine is made in the form of a reservoir for wood gaskets, preferably of square section, with two streams. Each stream is equipped with a gasket cutoff.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to automate processes of sleeper package formation as they are removed from a movement device and a layer of reinforced concrete sleepers installed on it is fed.3 cl, 4 dwg |
