PURPOSE: A low voltage LC voltage controlled oscillator(VCO) is provided to overcome the entire phase noise problems by eliminating a current source and minimizing 1/f noises. CONSTITUTION: An LC resonance circuit(310) includes an inductor(L1), and a capacitor(C1). The inductor is in connection with a power terminal(VDD), and the capacitor is in parallel with the inductor. Both end parts of the inductor and the capacitor are in connection with output nodes. An amplifying circuit(320) includes a pair of transistors(M1, M2). The gate nodes of the transistors are in connection with a bias voltage through resistors(R1, R2). A bias voltage supplying circuit(330) includes a transistor(M3) in connection with a source node through a capacitor(C2). |
