PURPOSE: An extensible markup language (XML) based integrated management system is provided to enable three configuration parts to link/use control information required in a collection part, a processing part and an expression part, by constituting the control information based on XML according to the control type. CONSTITUTION: A server core module comprises a service type manager (221), a watch manager (222), a collect manager (223) and a channel manager (224). A client core module comprises a window manager and a template manager, and an agent core module comprises a module manager and a request manager. The service type manager, the water manager and the collect manager configures control items, by loading/parsing an XML-based configuration information systematic file which can manage configuration information required by the collection part, the processing part and the expression part.
