PURPOSE: A piston assembly holder device for an automatic piston assembly system is provided to solve a problem that an insertion failure is generated because a pressing ring or an oil ring of a piston is hung on a bore of an engine block when a piston assembly is inserted. CONSTITUTION: A piston assembly holder device for an automatic piston assembly system includes a fixing unit (A), a holder unit, a stop guider unit (C), and a body unit (D). The fixing unit fixes a hydraulic cylinder or a pneumatic cylinder for expansion or reduction of a piston holder device. The holder unit is formed in a circumferential shape in order to be closely located to the outer circumference of a piston to be assembled as hydraulic or pneumatic pressure is applied into or drawn out from the fixing unit. The stop guider unit has a sharp protrusion in order to be inserted into a chamfer unit formed on the upper surface of an engine block. The stop guider unit guides a pressing ring and an oil ring, which are held by the holder unit, to the lower part of the chamfer unit in order to be inserted into the chamfer unit without interference. The fixing unit, the holder unit, and the stop guider unit are formed to protrude from the upper surface, the inner side, and the lower part of the body unit, respectively and are integrated into a body. |
