PURPOSE: A non-step variable speed device is provided to easily perform eccentricity location determination of a variable pin which interlinks an input link and a coupler link. CONSTITUTION: A case(50) is steadily inscribed in a hub of a driving wheel. A fixed central shaft(21) has a central shaft line same as the center of rotation of the driving wheel. One end of the fixed central shaft is projected from the case and the other end of the fixed central shaft is placed within the case. The fixed central shaft is pivotally inscribed in the case. An electric motor(30) is steadily circumscribed in the fixed central shaft. An input link(60) is pivotally circumscribed in the fixed central shaft. |
