The embodiment of the present invention relates to an integrated monitoring and a control management system. The technical problem which needs to be solved from the invention is to manage and control massive data from the network element, the optical equipment, the server, and the control systems more systematically and synthetically based on the Not Only Structured Query Language (NoSQL). For this purpose, the embodiment of the present invention includes an appliance server module which collects and saves the failure and performance information data and the configuration of the managed object medias of the integrated monitoring and control which can inquire the collected and stored data that were connected to the appliance server module. Also, the appliance server module initiates the integrated monitoring and control management system that include the configuration of the managed object medias, the processor collecting the failure and performance information data, and the NoSQL database storing the collected data.
