The present invention relates to a capacitive sensor and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a sensor having a capacitive direction key capable of recognizing pressure and a manufacturing method thereof. The capacitive sensor of the present invention comprises a bottom electrode part which has an electrode; a top electrode part has an electrode corresponding to the electrode formed on the bottom electrode part; a cavity forming part which is formed between the bottom electrode part and the top electrode part and has a hole corresponding to the electrode formed on the bottom electrode part; and an actuator which is formed on the upper part of the top electrode part and has a protrusion part corresponding to the electrode formed on the top electrode part.
