PURPOSE: A metal foil manufacturing apparatus comprising perpendicular type cell is provide to manufacture a metal foil which has an even composition, an even surface, and an even thickness at a high speed. CONSTITUTION: A metal foil manufacturing apparatus comprising perpendicular type cell comprises an anode electrode and a current feeding unit. The current feeding unit is located in an anode electrode at a certain interval and supplied horizontally in a one-way direction. The current feeding unit supplies a current to a conductive substrate(1) which functions as a cathode electrode. The metal foil manufacturing apparatus comprising perpendicular type cell manufactures a metal foil by peeling off an electro deposition layer which is formed by electro-separating a metal ion included in an electrolyte on a surface of a conductivity mother plate.
