A support ring (20) with a fitting groove (21) on one end of the inner circumference is inserted to the screw shaft (10) and the protrusion (30) is elastically connected to the fitting groove (21) in order to prevent the escape of the support ring (20). The support ring (20) is conveniently coupled so that workability is maximized.
