A shield conductor (20) is provided with electrical wires (21) and a metal pipe (22) that encloses the electrical wires (21) and whose outer peripheral surface is covered with an orange (color other than a metallic color) resin layer. The pipe (22) is routed so that at least a portion passes in proximity to an exhaust pipe (15) of a vehicle and at least a portion passes in proximity to an exhaust pipe (16) of the vehicle. A section of the pipe (22) passing in proximity to the exhaust pipe (16) that faces the exhaust pipe (16) does not have the resin layer and the metallic-colored outer peripheral surface of the section remains exposed.
