A wrap film cutting device having an improved flap is provided to remove a blade trace from the cut wrap film and to prevent the wrap film from returning to the cutting device. A wrap film cutting device comprises: a main body of box which includes a front wall(121), a rear wall(122), a bottom wall(124), two marginal walls facing each other(123), and an open hole of the box, and an adhesive layer, and a flap(50) to make a wrap film marginal end separated from the front wall of the box; and a cover of box(20) which includes a front wall of the cover(24), a cut blade(22) fixed on the front wall of the cover, and an upper wall(21). |
