PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to improve efficiency by increasing a path of light which passes through a photoactive layer through a plurality of nanopatterns which scatter and diffuse incident light on an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode (20) is formed on a substrate (10). The first electrode includes a metal thin film layer (26) and a dielectric layer (24,28). The refractive index of the metal thin film layer is different from the refractive index of the dielectric layer. The thicknesses of the dielectric layer and the metal thin film layer are 1 nm to 100 nm. A photoactive layer (30) is formed on the first electrode. A second electrode (40) is formed on the photoactive layer.
