The present invention relates to a sauce composition of horse raw meat which contains 100-150 g of pear, 1,000 g horse raw meat, 20-30 g of tangerine peel, 150-250 g of sugar, 100-200 g of salt, 10-30 g of garlic, 20-40 g of sesame seeds, 10-20 g of white pepper powder, 15-25 g of soju, and 10-30 g of native grass fermented liquid. The present invention also relates to a production method of the horse raw meat using the same. |
