PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a porous material is provided to be environment friendly by not using volatile material, and to have a simple process and reduce manufacture cost, by not needing a capsulation process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a porous material with micro-pores comprises a step of pre-treating the porous material, to remove impurities in the micro-pores(S100); a step of pre-treating phase change material for being filled into the porous material(S200); a step of filling the pretreated phase change material into the porous material(S300); a step of filtering the porous material, and collecting residual phase change materials(S400); and a step of cleaning the filtered pours material(S500).
