The present invention relates to a slide exhaust-type surgical instrument guide port which is a surgical instrument guide port having an instrument entry portion for a surgical instrument to be introduced, a gas filling portion filled with abdomen expansion gas, and a gas discharging portion for discharging harmful gas inside the abdominal cavity to be respectively formed on a port body and for guiding various surgical instruments safely into the abdominal cavity. The gas discharging portion includes an outer exhaust tube in communication with the port body, and an inner exhaust tube inserted and installed so as to be capable of sliding back and forth in the outer exhaust tube; and when harmful gas is generated during surgery, the inner exhaust tube is moved forward and enters through the inside of the port body to the abdominal cavity so that harmful gas is directly exhausted from inside the abdominal cavity through the inner exhaust tube. According to the present invention, smog and other harmful gas generated during surgery can be quickly and easily discharged without impeding the manipulation of surgical instruments. |
