An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel and an LCD including the LCD panel are provided to obtain uniform luminance distribution by forming spacers between lower and upper substrates such that the cell gap at the center is smaller than the cell gap at the peripheral region. An LCD panel includes a lower substrate(220) on which thin film transistors are formed, an upper substrate(210) opposite to the lower substrate, and spacers(230) formed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate such that the cell gap between the lower substrate and the upper substrate at the center(a) is different from the cell gap between the lower substrate and the upper substrate at the peripheral region(a'). The cell gap at the peripheral region is greater than the cell gap at the center. The spacers includes at least one middle spacer(232) formed between the center and the peripheral region. The cell gap of the region where the middle spacer is formed is smaller than the cell gap of the peripheral region and greater than the cell gap of the center. |
