A press type cleaning apparatus is disclosed. The press type cleaning apparatus of the present invention includes: a mold frame which is compose of a top mold and a bottom mold; a cylinder rod which is combined with the cylinder body to be lifted and is fixed to the upper end of the top mole by passing through the top mold and the bottom mold; a spherical bracket which is formed on the upper side of the cylinder body, is combined with a mounting groove formed on the lower side of the bottom mold, and maintains the vertical state of the cylinder body and a cylinder rod when the cylinder body is lifted; an elastic unit which is combined with the outside of the cylinder tube, has an arc shape to prevent damage to the cylinder tube by elasticity by being supported by the spherical bracket, and includes a plurality of leaf springs which are twisted and form a circle. Thereby, a grease injection process is excluded by excluding a sliding guide. Dust is prevented. A press is accurately operated without the sliding guide. The number of manufacturing processes is reduced by simplifying a configuration. |
