A vision testing device using collimate lights related to the present invention includes a transfer unit including a wire to be transferred while hanging an object; a rolling u nit which enables the object to be rolled on one section of the transfer unit; a light emitting unit which emits collimated lights to the object while the object is rolled; an optical unit with a light receiving unit which receives reflected lights which the collimated lights is progressed by being reflected; a determination unit which determines the state of the surface of the object based on a profile of the reflected lights by being connected to the optical unit; and a rotation unit which drives the optical unit to be rotated to make the light emitting unit and the light receiving unit rotate by chasing the rolling object.
