The present invention relates to a power distributor equipped with a GPS receiver, which enables accurate operation by periodically correcting the time information of a timer part with a standard time; can prevent electric/electronic devices from being damaged by a surge voltage through sequential power control; and enables remote control by being connected with a remotely located administrator terminal. The power distributor equipped with a GPS receiver comprises the following parts: an external power supply part supplying the driving power to drive multiple electric/electronic devices; a pre-set time input part through which the pre-set times to turn on/off each electric/electronic device are inputted; a timer part providing time information; a control part generating a control signal which supplies or cuts off the driving power supplied from the external power supply part to each electric/electronic device when the time information continuously provided by the timer part reaches a pre-set time inputted at the pre-set time input part; multiple power supply switches which are installed at the power supply route of each electric/electronic device and determines whether to supply or cut off the driving power according to the control signal of the control part; and a GPS receiver which receives time information from multiple satellites and provides standard time for the control part, thereby enabling the time information of the timer part to be corrected.
