PURPOSE: A removing apparatus for a foreign material of waste synthetic resin recycling system is provided to effectively discharge the foreign material separated by a filter without stopping the waste synthetic resin recycling system by preventing malfunctioning and convenient operation of simple composition. CONSTITUTION: A removing apparatus for a foreign material of waste synthetic resin recycling system comprises a main body(10), a filtering net(20), a filter, a suctioning means(40), and a carriage(50). The main body comprises an inlet(12) flowing waste synthetic resin melt on the bottom, and a guide hole(13) and a discharge pipe(14) on the top. The filtering net is equipped to be rotated by a rotating mean of a separate insert combined inside of the main body, and forms with multiple through-holes(21) connected to inside and a pocket(22) collecting the foreign material on a side. The suction means is insert-combined to the guide hole of the main body, and absorbing the foreign material attached on a side of filter through an absorbing duct(41) as a pump(42) operated through a compressor(44) and forcibly discharged through a discharge duct(43). The carriage is connected with a pressurizing part(2) as combined inside of the filtering net, and comprises a transfer hole(51) connected to the through-hole of filtering net on a surface. |
