The present invention relates to a system for protecting a structure which adjusts multiple photovoltaic modules with one driving shaft, by sensing a problem when the structure does not operate in a tracking system of a photovoltaic generating facility. For a photovoltaic structure which can regulates the angle of multiple photovoltaic modules through one driving shaft moving along a rail, when the structure does not operate due to problems such as corrosion on a joint or foreign materials even by being applied with a force, the system prepared by the present invention can sense a high pressure through a load cell which is inserted into the driving shaft, can stop the operation of the driving shaft through a controller, and can notify an operator of the problem by popping up an alarm window on a monitor device. Therefore, the system can prevent overload or damage to a structure due to excessive operation, and can increase generation efficiency because the operator can check the failure of the tracking system and take action accordingly in real time.
