A surface roughness of an outer surface (6) of the housing is smaller than a surface roughness of the inner surface of the housing. A surface area (7) of the outer surface of the housing is manufactured by mechanical, chemical and/or physical processing or a coating process. The housing is covered by an insulation cladding (8). An air gap (11) is formed between the cladding and the housing. The cladding is formed from a metallic material.
