The present invention achieves a purpose to reduce a crack and to improve the intensity of a glass plate. The glass plate includes a transparent glass member and a polymer plastic film. The polymer plastic film forms a frame on a part of the circumference of the transparent glass member and generates a capillary action on the part of the circumference of the transparent glass member in a liquid state. After solidification, the polymer plastic film is firmly bonded to the transparent glass member.
