The present invention relates to pickled Saposhnikovia divaricata and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, Saposhnikovia divaricata, which has unique savory smell and healthful ingredients, picked in soy sauce and served as a food, thereby enabling eating with a long-term preservation and enhancement of flavor preference and a method for manufacturing the picked Saposhnikovia divaricata. The manufacturing method for pickled Saposhnikovia divaricata according to the present invention comprises: a wash step for washing prepared Saposhnikovia divaricata; an addition step for adding 10-30 parts by weight of citron and 2-10 parts by weight of charcoal per 100 parts by weight of soy sauce; a mix step for immersing the washed Saposhnikovia divaricata in the soy sauce the citron and charcoal are added; and a ripening step for putting the mixture from the mix step into the pot and aging for 20-60 days. |
