PURPOSE: A plug-in type coolant module is provided to minimize impact on a plan of a mold by applying to various molds without changing shape of a coolant channel formed inside a mold core. CONSTITUTION: A plug-in type coolant module(100) comprises a body(110) and a cooling hose(120). The body includes a coolant channel in the inside and a fluid inlet hole(111) connecting to the coolant channel in one side of outer circumference. The outer circumference is recessed to the outer circumference and a fluid transmission groove(112) is formed to be segmented with the inner coolant channel. An O-ring sheet groove(113a) is formed in a circumferential direction at the lower end of the outer circumference of the body. A cooling hose connecting hole(114) is formed to connect to the inner coolant channel at the upper end of the body. A screw groove(115) in which a screw thread is formed is formed to the lower surface of the body. The lower end of the cooling hose is connected to the cooling hose connecting hole. |
