The panel has a printed circuit board (PCB) (1) equipped with LEDs (2) for displaying characters, numbers and pictograms, and a light guide having thickness from 15 to 25 mm. The PCB, light guide, a diffusing film, a tinted translucent film and a front face are assembled so as to prevent an observer to view luminous source of LEDs. Partitions forming compartments of segments of the pictograms are machined with a conical termination, so that the pictograms include only one entity for eye of observer when the pictograms are lit by the LEDs.
