The valve (1) has a pipe (2) for passage of gases, and a rotation axle (5) emerging in the pipe in form of an elongated rod. A circular sealing flap (3) made of plastic material is fixed to the axle in the pipe. An emerging part of the axle in the pipe is in contact with the flap over length lower than or equal to radius of the flap. The flap is fixed at the emerging part, so that the emerging part extends radially with respect to the flap. The emerging part of the axle is provided with a slot, and the flap is placed in the slot and fixed to the axle in a rigid manner by a screw or welding.
