The present invention relates to a fluid receiving device comprising: an inner tube which has a closed curve cross section and is extended in a direction; an outer tube which is formed to surround the inner tube and forms a receiving space between the inner and outer tubes to receive fluid; and a heat insulating unit which surrounds a surface of the inner tube where faces the outer tube to reduce the heat conducted from the fluid. The heat insulating unit is formed between the fluid and the inner tube to be stuck to the outer surface of the inner tube and improves heat insulation efficiency.
