A mounting structure for a baffle of a muffler of a vehicle is provided to improve the exhaust gas purification efficiency of a muffler and to reduce the air pollution by exhaust gas by coupling a baffle and a muffler housing using an expansion flange and a gasket not to have a gap between the baffle and the muffler housing. A mounting structure for a baffle of a muffler of a vehicle is formed by inserting and coupling an expansion flange(5a) of a front baffle(5) and two gaskets(7) on a part where a central block of a muffler housing(1) and an exhaust gas inlet-side block are fastened, wherein a central baffle(4) and a rear baffle(3) built in the muffler housing are provided with many exhaust gas moving holes(4a,3a) respectively to have a non-sealing structure, and the front baffle is coupled with metal substrate(6) having an oxidation catalyst and a filter within over the whole circumference by welding to have a sealing structure. |
