The invention relates to a screw tool having a gear head (1), which has a freewheel gear (20, 21, 23), having an output shaft (5), which is inserted in a non-rotatable but displaceable manner in an output opening (4) and can be moved to and fro between a right-hand screw position and a left-hand screw position in each case by means of axial displacement, wherein in each case a different end section of the output shaft (5) projects out of the gear head (1), having at least one locking means (9, 9') to secure the position of the output shaft (5) in the respective screw position and/or around a screw output element (12) on the output shaft (5). As a development which is advantageous for use, the at least one locking means (9, 9') can be moved from a locking position to a release position by pressure on an actuation element (10, 10') arranged on the end face (5') of the output shaft (5). |
