PURPOSE: An electric energy obtaining device and a tire including the same, and a power supply method using the same are provided to prevent environmental pollution by generating electricity in an environment-friendly method. CONSTITUTION: A thin film(110) is formed of synthetic multifunctional ceramic materials. One side of the thin film is attached on a first adhesive layer(120). The other side of the thin film has a larger area than the first adhesive layer. The first adhesive layer is connected to the surface of a target object by a second adhesive layer(130).The second adhesive layer is attached on the peripheral part of the target object. |
