<p>PURPOSE: A transmission control method in case a damper clutch is malfunctioning is provided to return an automatic transmission to a normal state by forcibly driving a damper clutch duty while static gear shifting. CONSTITUTION: Whether gear shifting is implemented is determined(S10). Whether the amount of slip is smaller than a first set value is determined(S20). Whether the duty output frequency of a damper clutch solenoid valve is smaller than a second set value is determined(S30). A duty value of the damper clutch solenoid valve is outputted(S40). Whether engine RPM is smaller than a third set value is determined(S0). First speed or reverse gear shifting is not performed(S60). A duty ratio of the damper clutch solenoid valve is performed at 0%(S70).
